There are areas in this program that makes it simple to add responses, solutions, and what not. There is a database of common callers that makes it easy to retrieve these callers to speed up the entry process. This package keeps track of all calls whether they are open, incomplete, or even completed. This makes managing your phone calls efficient and easy.,

It is a one time fee and gives you Support via email, along with all updates and upgrades for a period of one (1) year, or 365 days. The period begins at the original purchase date.
